Advanced polymers and fuel cell components company, Bac2, appoints David Stirling as non-executive director

Southampton, UK, January 17, 2011: Bac2, the advanced polymers and fuel cell components company, announces the appointment of David Stirling as non-executive director, strengthening the Board’s expertise as demand for the company’s conductive polymers, latent acid catalysts and fuel cell components accelerates. Stirling brings significant industrial experience to the role, particularly in international business development. He is Chief Executive Officer of London Stock Exchange Listed specialty plastic company, Zotefoams plc, and non-executive director of MuCell Extrusion LLC, a technology-licensing business based in Massachusetts, USA. Stirling is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, an MSc in Finance and an MBA.
